- Pass an extremely rigid hiring process and background check
- Be licensed and in good standing with AZ State Board (of Nursing or Therapy)

Private Pay:
Patients who are not covered by an insurance or if your insurance has been discontinued, you may pay privately and receive services from Quality Home Health Care. The rates are determined by the type of services rendered and payment is required in advance on a monthly basis.
